I am taking a drop this year to give JEE next year, I want to know which coaching teacher should I choose in kanpur for physics - Anish shrivastava OR Shravan katiyar.
hi! where are you joining for chemistry and maths? i have been to 3 to 4 jee coachings so can help you out! also where did you go previously?
I have not joined any coaching for JEE before. I am planning to join ashish vishnoi for maths And pankaj agarwal for chemistry.
also you would be needing only guidance to solve higher level questions? or need guidance from the very basics? also are you comfortable in large class sizes or prefer small batches?see i was so weak in physics that i couldnt clear advance in first attempt just because of this physics! so i needed excessive attention there. so asking for some background so i can guide you better!
I don't think that I am very weak the only thing is I have prepared only up to the board level, I can't say that I am excellent in physics but there are some problems here and there, I have no problem in any coaching wether small or large batch.
okay! see i had issues with large batches. i had joined jee tutorials by sudhanshu sir. even my brother has taken a drop and he took a demo their and liked the physics and joined there. see i will give you this advice:if possible take a demo at sudhanshu's jee tutorials. otherwise if you are keen on anish sir or shravan sir. shravan sir will have smaller batches and would be a better choice. but in both of these there is discrimination. i had gone there for my brothers admission and they divide drop batch students on basis of if they cleared jee advance in first attempt or not and focus more on them since they just need rank improvement. a friend faced this problem. so just be sure of these things. rest i would suggest you for the demo thing. this is going to be a crucial decision so choose wisely. you can ask me for any query and doubt or what time table to follow or what books and any such help! also keep me updated and do tell me where you join. wherever you join just focus on hard work and do get your doubts cleared always!
What about the chemistry and maths coaching are they good, what will you recommend?
Hello Harshit, Ashish vishnoi is the best available in kanpur for Maths, do not have any second thoughts about Maths.
And for chemistry, Pankaj Agarwal and nirmal singh takes combine classes and they are also pretty good.
hi mayank are you from kanpur?
No, but I asked my friends who are from kanpur.
Is there any fees for demo classes in sudhanshu sir coaching
actually i am from kanpur and a dropper too. the trends have changed pretty much, i have personally been to these so have some more idea. also in ashish vishnoi's classes doubt clearance wont be good. also for an average student who is taking cochings first time it will be tough. in his coaching he teaches around 1000 students at one time with a mike. so no chance of asking doubts. so these things are very crucial! hope you understand!
Do anish shrivastava himself teaches the lower batches or some other substitute
no! for maths he is too good! you will not go anywhere if you study maths from him. it might be cheaper than joining the other three. also going for all subjects under one roof is enough. the demo class is for free totally. my brother took it and joined. you can go and take it as soon as possible so that you can decide soon. also there is no harm in taking a demo you get to decide better! what do you say?
he might teach on his own but doubts are not cleared adequately. also the trend of going to these three is fading because of the extremely low selection ratio. just for information. this years kanpur topper of jee mains is from sudhanshu sir's coaching. she scored 305 in mains. also other students got 280 and 250+ too. i was in their dropper batch last year and most of my classmates are either in iits, bits or mnnit allahabad with the exception of two three so ratios are good here. the quality over quantity preference helps!
Then i will surely get the demo class. are there all the teacher for Physics, chemistry and maths in sudhanshu sir coaching JEE tutorials and how good are they
Great. But my friend is in 12th right now , and attending Ashish vishnoi's classes, and he finds it pretty good.
I am in more doubts now.
maths and physics is really good my brother and his friends are liking it and for chem too they are happy with it. yes its an important decision so you should try to be clear. see, since you are getting a free demo there is no harm in trying. experiencing things personally matters and since i went there, i wont go to a wrong place! since i have sent my real brother there, i wont send him to a wrong place! so you can check my suggestion through the demo and decide things!
Yes, Anjali is absolutely correct, you should go and attend demo classes and then decide.
