But significant digits one is surely wrong.

It was already correct . Electric field due to double dipole is inv. prop. to D^4
Somewhere I feel that they have given a correct answer for the significant figure question. Actually, we are not multiplying, we are adding the measured quantity(5.29) many times(i.e the second quantity(7) is not measured).

5.29 * 7 = 37.03 , round of two the answer to the no. Having least S.F. i.e, 37.0 option b should be correct answer
I chose 37.0 only. They have given wrong answer. But I also feel that their answer is right (we are adding 5.29 7 times, so rules of addition apply)
In addition rule also we round off to one decimal place(least accurate quantity) , so 5.29+5.29...5.29=37.03 rounding off 37.0 @Akshat_Joshi
There is no need of round off here becuase in addition we look for least number of decimal places of the operands. Here least number of decimal places are 2. So we round off to 2 decimal places.
