I would suggest you to not compromise with 12th syllabus to revise for 11th. 12th syllabus has higher weightage marks-wise and more no. of questions are asked from it, so revise 11th syllabus only after you've completed daily work of class 12th. This is what my teacher told, and what I am following.
Chapter 1, 2 can be studied together in about a 10 days or so, considering you want to solve a package, and one book. These won't require video lectures.
Chapter 3,4,5,6 will need a month (or two) to properly study them. You may follow, Resnick Halliday in these, it has good theory to improve concepts. Solving HCV will suffice seeing that we have less time now.
Chapter 7,8 are quite important from JEE POV. Many questions have been asked in the recent year and that too consistently. You can definitely watch video lectures for them. Physics Galaxy or cengage, solve any.
Chapter 9,11,12 are relatively easy chapters. HCV is the way to go. And package obviously.
Chapter 10 is important too. I solved only my Bansal Package and Resnick Halliday for this.
