ML Khanna is an amazing book, just have the patience to go through all the examples tho.
I would not recommend NCERT text book , but if possible just get a copy of the NCERT Exemplar by Arihant, much better than normal NCERT Textbook.
I would suggest you not to use Thomas Calculus, as most of its content is split here and there, and it is too vague for JEE, would help much better in college.
Cengage is also an amazing book, do as much as you can from that.
Not pretty sure about the other two-three books.
But if you want to focus for advanced maths, ml khanna is the book u need to focus on. Very very good problems in all chapters especially 2D Geometry.
And, I would suggest you prepare for advanced from now on.. Studying for JEE Main right now will make you lag behind others for advanced. I would tell you to start advanced math, even if it takes sometime no problem, since you are pretty good with the other 2, take your time in Math and all the best!
