I think the priority order of 2nd group is a bit different for 3rd. Pls confirm though.
Upper branch will be 2nd priority for 3rd carbon
Immediate upper and lower carbon is same in case of 3rd carbon.
Now, lower 2nd carbon is attached to 2H and a O
Upper second is H, O and C.
