But if we assume all to be zero small equation failed.
It's not that complex, the electric field at the centre of ring is zero. That means that the electric field due to small part dl cancels the electric field due to the rest of the ring. So, the electric field due to the dl part comes out to be what @Abhishek_2021_2 and @Aman_2020_2 said.
