Is the answer option A ?
You simply have to use the formula ... Also just be careful with the signs in the formula!

#3

Yes it is. I have used formula and getting I=@

#4

Can you plz explain why here option B is correct not A?

#5

In my opinion, the plus sign is due to the fact that Ions are oppositely charges.
Sodium ion which is positively charged will go towards the negative electrode and vice versa for the Chlorine ion.
I would like to know about your reasoning of option A.

Well I got it. I considered the charge of ions but not the movement toward opposite electrode ( a big silly mistake). Btw Thanks
