9N and 10 N would produce torque in clockwise direction while 12N would produce in anti clockwise direction.
Net Torque = I.angular acc.
(9+10)30-125 = 5100.(angular acc)
5700-60 = 5100.(angular acc)
Hence angular acc.= 1 rad/second^2
