Doubt from moment of inertia

@abhijit_2020 the MI of a rod along x axis about X axis will be zero as all particles are at zero distance from the axis
Now we displaced the axis by l/2 so MI= 0+ M(l/2)² = ML²/4

Here for finding MI about B simply consider a square of lenth 2a and get Mi about it’s central axis and then 1/8 of it is Mi of this plate
For finding Mi about A , simply consider a square of length root 2 a and then 1/4 of Mi of it
