Try 14 @Namish_Garg2
For 14 answers are not matching What answers you got @Aayush
My first doubt is t2 Means the stopwatch time started from 1st compartment or the actual time in which the 2nd compartment passed? It is not clear in the question. Maybe thats why you getting wrong answer. Both these cases have diff meaning. In one train accelerating and in one decelerating! @Namish_Garg2
I'm getting a-48 m/s2 XD. There's no oway that can be the answer. I took the former case which you have mentioned in the above post.
Answer is given according to: t2 taken as after t1 Means after 1 sec the first carriage passes and then after 1.5 sec further the second carriage passes @Aayush @seshu_ram
Yes that is bcz a is negative @Namish_Garg2 @seshu_ram
Yes, initially i also took the former case but from this one answer is matching
So thats why seshu got wrong. So can you pls solve acc to this case completely now
Not at all foggy. Tnks @Namish_Garg2
Is the answer 2 for a) subdivision
Bhai mera bhi 2 hi aaya tha. Answer given is \infty sec
Bro answer is wrong. How can 3*(infinite)^2-infinite^3 be +ve?
Another question with similar question but diff eqn has also infinite as answer!!
Wait for @Siddhant_Mudholkar
At +inf it wud tend to -inf so max positive value imo Shud be 2 sec only.
Ok
It should be 2t^2+t^3 for infinity. Maybe answer is misprinted or question is misprinted
