Paramagnetic behavior is due to the no. of unpaired electrons. Greater the no. of unpaired electrons, greater will be the paramagnetic behavior.
So in A) Co+ = 5 unpaired electrons.
In B) Ti+3 = 1 unpaired electron.
In C) V+3 = 2 unpaired electron
In D) Fe+2 = 4 unpaired electrons.
So,option A) is correct.
