How are you equating pressures directly in the reaction? Shouldn't we equate moles then find P from that?
We have this at equilibrium so at equilibrium we can write Kp = partial preassure of products / reactants., why would we require moles as everthing is already given in atm
I'm saying that for solving such questions we take 1 mole. Then dissociate alpha moles, then write the eqm constant.
Here you have subtracted pressures which i didn't get.
As moles are directly proportional to the preassure exerted we can subtract preassures to, here we neither need dissociation constant nor the moles
