Q36 in SN2, transition state has a partial carbocation character. So, the substituent that stabilizes the carbocation the most will react fastest. -OCH3 makes use of it's +M effect, while -CH3 has only +I. So it's OCH3.
but @Supreeta_Sen och3 is in meta position. so how +m effect ?
