It’s there in my organic book by ranjeet shahi so my guess is that it’s there.

Syllabus dekhoge jee ka toh adha organic jo padh rahe ho wo hai hi nahi
But yeah favorskii is very rare, can be skipped. The basic hint of favorskii base and alpha-halo ketone.
