Here’s my schedule. Although it is not suitable for all.
My coaching time is different so you can adapt accordingly
7-8: Habitual things like bathing etc
8-8:30 travel time: My coaching is about 10 km from my house and takes at least 30-45 min by taxi/auto
4:30 - 6 Stay back and ask doubts. (Sometimes I stay only till 5:30)
6 or 6:30: Take a Glass Of milk if possible and lie down. Even if you’re not getting sleep. 1.5 hours just lie down even if you’re not getting sleep it is fine. Keep phones away and buy an alarm clock or if you’re living at home then your parents will serve as the best alarm clocks😉
(What this does is it splits your day in two)
8:45-2:00 SELF STUDY. I’m not talking about 6 hours continuous work. Take 1.5 hour sessions. Personally I can’t sit for 3 hour sessions at home.
IMPORTANT: Always have biscuits and water at your table so you don’t have to move out.
